Pack the product securely and return it to us.
Once we receive the returned product, we’ll process your refund within 10 business days.

Exceptions to the Return Policy

The following items are not eligible for return:

Products that have been used or show signs of wear and tear.

Refunds

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. For credit card payments, the refund will be credited back to your account. For payments made via local methods, such as bank transfers, refunds will be processed accordingly.
